Original paintings

Original paintings are dispatched within 14 days of placing your order. Within Europe, they are shipped from Portugal with UPS and packed in a custom wooden crate to ensure maximum protection. For international shipments outside Europe, original paintings are shipped unstretched and rolled to reduce shipping costs. If you live outside of Europe, please contact me at info@sandraelisabethnobre.com for a personal shipping quote.

Prints

All prints are made to order and dispatched within 7 business days. They are processed and shipped from my print studio in Sweden using DHL, either rolled in a tube or sent flat in a protective envelope depending on size.

Shipping costs

Free worldwide shipping for prints, with the exception of the United States, where a €35 shipping fee applies due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and the removal of the de minimis exemption for goods shipped from the EU.

Original paintings include free shipping within Europe.

For destinations outside Europe, a shipping fee will apply - please contact me at info@sandraelisabethnobre.com to receive a personal shipping quote before placing your order.

Delivery & tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. A fee of €35 will be charged for shipping and administrative expenses if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it.

Packaging

Original paintings ship fully protected in a custom made wooden crate. Prints are carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube or envelope to prevent bending, moisture, or damage during transit.

Customs & taxes

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on either original paintings or prints. Each artwork is described as accurately as possible, and I encourage you to contact me with any questions before placing your order.
