Original paintings are available through inquiry. Shipping costs for original works are calculated individually depending on destination and artwork size. Within Europe, paintings are shipped from Sweden with UPS and packed in custom-made wooden crates for maximum protection.

All prints are made to order and dispatched within 7 business days. Prints are produced and shipped from my print studio in Sweden using DHL, FEDEX or PostNord. Depending on size, prints are either rolled in a protective tube or shipped flat in a reinforced envelope. Free worldwide shipping on all prints.

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, a €45 fee will be charged to cover shipping and administrative costs.

• Prints are packaged in sturdy protective materials to prevent bending, moisture, or damage during transit.

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, returns are not accepted. Please feel free to contact me before placing your order if you have any questions regarding sizing, colors, shipping, or materials.

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@sandraelisabethhnobre.com and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. Each case is handled individually to ensure the best possible solution.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Every artwork and product is photographed as accurately as possible in natural light to reflect its true tone and texture. However, due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions, slight variations may occur and are not considered a fault.
